Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple projects using JIRA, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
• Utilize JIRA’s automation features to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Create and maintain custom dashboards and reports tailored to the needs of various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Lead the implementation of JIRA Premium features, including plugins like ScriptRunner and QotiLabs Rich Filters, to enhance project tracking and reporting.
• Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights that inform project decisions and strategies.
• Provide training and support to team members on JIRA best practices and functionalities.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements within the project management framework.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in project management tools and methodologies.

Basic Qualifications

• Extensive experience working with JIRA, including automation (e.g., creating custom scripts), visualization (dashboards), and reporting functionalities.
• Proficient in using Atlassian APIs for integrating internal and external applications.
• Deep knowledge of JIRA Premium features, especially plugins like ScriptRunner (for task automation) and QotiLabs Rich Filters (for enhanced reporting).
• Strong proficiency in Groovy for scripting within JIRA.
• Excellent analytical abilities to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable project management insights.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects without supervision.
• Advanced skills in configuring dashboards/reports tailored to user needs across different departments.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing and delivering complex projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum/Kanban.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience in Business Analysis (gathering requirements) and Data Analysis (report generation).

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating JIRA with Salesforce for enhanced project tracking and customer relationship management.
