As a Productivity Subject Matter Expert (SME) at Microsoft, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our core M365 workloads, both online and on-premises. You will leverage your expertise in Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams to drive productivity solutions for our large enterprise customers. Your insights will help shape the future of our cloud offerings and ensure seamless integration across various platforms.
- Responsibilities Serve as the primary expert on M365 workloads, providing guidance and support to internal teams and customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement productivity solutions that meet customer needs.
- Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored strategies to optimize their use of Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Utilize your networking background to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
- Implement identity management solutions and ensure compliance with cloud concepts.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers to enhance their understanding of M365 capabilities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve service offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 workloads, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Strong networking background with a solid understanding of identity management and cloud concepts.
- Experience working with large enterprise customers, demonstrating the ability to manage complex projects.
- Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and scripting tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving productivity improvements.
