Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive web applications using React, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Implement server-side applications using Java and Spring Boot, focusing on scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design concepts into functional applications.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support front-end functionality.
• Deploy applications on AWS, utilizing services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS for cloud-based solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices in software development.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and resolve issues promptly.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a production environment.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for building robust back-end services.
• Extensive experience with React.js for front-end development.
• Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit for unit testing Java applications.
• Familiarity with end-to-end testing tools like Playwright for automated testing.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) for automating deployment processes.
• Experience working in Agile teams, participating in ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
