Job Summary
The Project Manager will oversee the development and optimization of applications, focusing on integrating various enterprise applications and enhancing the existing platform. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in project management within the tech industry, particularly in managing complex software projects involving full stack development, data science, and AI tools. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate chaos and prioritize effectively to drive project success.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, QA, and product management, to ensure timely and successful project execution.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, with a focus on optimizing existing applications and building new ones.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management, providing clear visibility into project progress.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure alignment on technical requirements and project objectives, particularly around the use of technologies like React, Node.js, and Next.js.
- Implement best practices in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion within the defined timelines.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders, ensuring that documentation is thorough and accessible.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to inform project strategies, particularly in AI and low-code/no-code development environments.
- Manage a portfolio of applications, prioritizing efforts based on business needs and strategic goals.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management within the software development industry, with a focus on full stack development projects.
- Proven track record of managing complex software projects that involve multiple integrations (APIs, databases, etc.) and require rapid scaling.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, particularly in environments utilizing Kubernetes and Azure.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage chaos and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project) and familiarity with documentation best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Engagement Length: 6 months with the possibility to be extended based on performance.
Time Zone: EST
Working Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm ET
Country Restrictions: Avoid Venezuela and Cuba.
