Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Ensure data integrity and security by implementing appropriate access controls and data management practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to promote best practices in Salesforce development.
• Participate in Agile development practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user story creation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes.

Basic Qualifications

• Expertise in solving complex problems by developing software using established patterns and practices.
• Proficient in Salesforce development languages such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft) and data migration strategies.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security features.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and practices.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like Angular is a plus.
• Understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure) and their integration with Salesforce is preferred.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform) as it relates to cloud technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development or a similar role.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer, Salesforce Architect) are highly desirable.
• Proven experience developing custom applications and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience supporting continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience mentoring and developing others within a team setting.
• Ability to provide thought leadership to influence software development practices.
